32 Inch Smart Tv Samsung Best Buy
Although not as popular in recent years, there's still some demand for 32-inch TVs for small rooms or kitchens. However, many popular manufacturers don't release models in this size, and they're becoming hard to find. Usually, the picture quality or overall performance of these TVs is below average, as they tend to be cheaper models, but if you care about getting a TV with a built-in interface, you can find the best 32-inch smart TV for your needs.

The best TV you can get in a 32-inch size is the Samsung QN32Q60AAFXZA. It's one of the few 32-inch TVs available with a 4k resolution, making it the best 32-inch 4k TV, and it performs similarly to the 55-inch version we tested. Although it's expensive for a small TV, it offers significantly better picture quality than the other 32-inch models. It looks great in a dark room thanks to its deep blacks and minimal blooming, and it also gets bright enough to fight glare in a well-lit room. The combination of a small screen and high resolution results in an extremely sharp image.
It runs Samsung's Tizen OS smart interface, which is easy to use, quick, and has a great selection of streaming apps, making it the best 32-inch smart TV. There are some great built-in smart features to make your life easier, like the built-in mic on the remote, so you can ask it to open up your favorite apps quickly. It can even be wall-mounted, which is great if you want to tuck it into a corner of your kitchen or mount it on a swing arm.
The top two picks in this list are good if you like to watch TV head-on, but not if you like to move around with the TV on. If you want something for a kitchen or office, the best 32-inch TV for a kitchen that we've tested is the Samsung N5300. It's a cheap 1080p TV like the TCL 3 Series 2019, but what makes this a better choice for kitchens or other rooms with wide viewing areas is that it has a much wider viewing angle, so the image remains consistent when you move off to the side. It's not as well-suited for a dark room, though, as blacks are raised, and it has low contrast when viewed in the dark.
Our recommendation above is what we think is currently the best TVs available in a 32-inch size that are available to buy for most people. We factor in the price (a cheaper TV wins over a pricier one if the difference isn't worth it) and availability (no TVs that are difficult to find or almost out of stock everywhere).

OLED TVs: If you're looking for a premium TV, there are already some impressive deals on OLED TVs right now. For example, the LG C2 OLED has been sliced in price, form the 48-inch model to the larger 65-onch set. And we've seen $900 cut from one of the best OLED TVs around.
Watch the fine print on those deals. You may see some TVs selling for $100 or less, but they all have some pretty severe limitations. Small sizes are common, and 32 inches is pretty small compared to the 65-inch models we usually review. (Check out our guide to choosing the right TV size to find the best size for your home.)
The Samsung UR59C is the best budget 4K monitor, offering a 32-inch VA panel with accuracy and curves. Image quality is superb, with bold, accurate colors and clear text after calibration. When we tested in sRGB mode, we recorded a color error of 4.3dE with visible errors, but our calibration (see our recommended settings on page 1 of the review) got it down to 0.9dE. So your web and games should look as intended. The UR59C also offers fantastic contrast, as expected from a VA panel, hitting an impressive 2,590.5:1 after calibration.
